Timber Ridge T/D 60" Longbow Reviews

Really good bow

Jon

I picked this bow up a couple of weeks ago as travel/practice bow. I must say it's a good bow especially at it's price point. It's really quick for my 26.5" draw weight. But it is a bit fickle with it's brace height. All in all I really like this bow and I haven't touched any of my other bows since getting this one

Pleased with purchase, the bow met or exceeded my expectations. Though it is a production bow and not custom, fit and finish was good. Bow handles well and fits my needs to shoot in 3D competitions. Very pleased with the speed that the bow produces. I purchased 50# draw and shoot 30 inch 400 carbon arrows.

A budget minded production bow with custom appearance

The bow out of the box with the 15 inche riser seemed liek a toy at first. Easy to assemble and decided to remove the rest and side plate and add a bear rug rest. I decide to build out the side plate some. added string silencers as well. The bow setup easy and was pretty impressed with first shots. The bow is quiet and easy to shoot. I found the grip and throat at first seemed wide read more but found that it actually helps position your hand for a better orientation with the bow ever time you grip it. I shot with friends for fun shooting flu flu arrows in a field and the bows cast seemed better than some other recurves in its weight class. As far as one who had a 60 lb recurve. So I am impressed at least with mine in its speed and accuracy. The woods are beautiful and have no finish issues. a little sharp in the limb edges as mentioned and the clear glass has some normal blemished but no flaws. You get a bow that has features of a custom bow but for a production bow you can't beat the price. I still want to move into a custom bow someday but for now this bow fits the bill.

Beautiful, great looking wood grain, pleasing riser style.

Pretty great bow for a pretty great price!!! has some square edges along the limbs witch I'm sure saved time in production, the riser is broad across the throat of the grip but feels pretty comfortable after you get used to it. its not a speed demon, but who cares!

Hello, I am interested in a R/D bow or a recurve bow which fits my 32" draw. I would like to make sure the bow doesn't stack at 32"draw as I noticed it's hard to be consistent when stacking happens. I also would like a bow which has nice wood patterns.

A long draw like that is going to require a 68-72" bow to try to avoid stacking. This only leave target/olympic style bows, there not many wood risers made that large unfortunately.

I'm interested in the bow as I'm looking for something adorable to hunt deer with next season and I'm kinda new to traditional archery. I'd like to know what arrow length and weight you'd recommend for this bow as well as if I'm able to put one of those 4

It would depend on if you need a takedown bow or not. I personally love the way the Mesa longbow shoots, but as I travel with my bow a takedown is the only option for me.
