Wonderful,smooth shooting long bow!

I purchased the Tommahawk Diamond Deluxe Long bow at the 3Rivers store in Ashley Indiana.A super smooth shooting work of art.I am 73 years old and been shooting a long bow for many, many, years.I had to go down in poundage because of a shoulder injury. I went from a 62lb to 50lb and I really am surprised at the amount of power this bow has a great bow that anyone would be extremely read more happy with.Thomas A Filipiak Palos Hills, Illinois

I've shot the tomahawk kiska the entire 2021 competition 3d season and is surpassed my expectations. The bow is smooth and quiet especially with a upgraded string.

I ordered a Fred Bear Au Sable that's been on back order for a year and grew tired of waiting. I just retired and the last thing I wanted to do is spend a thousand dollars on a bow, however,I decided to treat myself to a Tomahawk Kiska SS . This Was a very wise decision. The Tomahawk is a work of art and just has an incredible feel just to hold it. It shoots even better than it looks. read more I have a Fred Bear Grizzly and a Super Kodiak that I've always loved, however, this Tomahawk is clearly my favorite, not because it's new. This long bow just simply feels good and natural If your thinking about a long bow I highly recommend spending the extra and go with a Tomahawk Kiska SS.

Outstanding Longbow

I have owned and shot many traditional bows, the recent additions including a Bear Grizzly and a custom longbow (Harvestmaster by Hill Country Bows). Any bow above $500 dollars is going to be a solid bow for the most part, so I would expect nothing less from the Tomahawk. However, not only does this bow shoot like a laser, it has some serious mojo. I was worried that since this read more is not a custom bow made specifically for myself, I would not feel that inspiring emotional connection that someone does with the bow that makes them say "This is the one." That was not the case. I felt and immediate connection with it and it is hard to put down. I cannot believe that a 60# draw longbow could be this much of a pleasure to shoot. Have put at least 300 arrows through it in the past 3 days and have loved every minute of it. If you have the money and don't want to wait 6+ months for a custom bow to be built, the Tomahawk Kiska is for you.

Great Bow

I've been using this bow as my primary hunting bow for the past 6 months and it's an incredible bow! Easy to shoot, and absolutely beautiful

The description indicates the Kiska "draws on Wisconsin's rich bowhunting tradition". I am a lifelong Wisconsin traditional archer. What is the connection to Wisconsin? Was the Kiska based on a design by a Wisconsin bowyer? Not sure but just curious.
