The Mini Max is the only fletcher that allows you to apply your fletchings in a curved or "true helical" position. This gives your arrows maximum spin and minimum drag.

Enjoy tighter groups in your target shooting, and better broadhead flight while bowhunting. This is because the true helical position of the fletchings doubles the spin rate of the arrow for faster stabilization.

The Mini Max gives you flatter trajectories with 6" less drop at 100 yards. The true helical fletchings drastically reduce turbulence resulting in less wind drag and quieter arrow flight.

The Mini Max fletches carbon and aluminum arrow shafts from ultra micro diameters up to 5/16" diameter.

The mini max is a very simple and easy to use fletching jig. It puts a great helical on your fletchings. As well as you can really fletch a lot of arrows rather quickly with this style of jig. The major issue that I have is the slots that your fletching slide into on the arms are to wide for some. Feathers work pretty good but they do wanna slide up and down the slots in the arms.… read more I recently purchased some AAE trad vanes and they almost fall through the slots! I have been using A.R.C for years now. For the price and how simple the design they are hard to beat. Having said that, know what your buying. This is not an ultra precise jig.. rather an efficient jig that gets the job done with a wide base vane or feather.
