Bitzenburger Dial-O-Fletch Fletching Jig Reviews

Excellent, best fletcher I have owned!

GreenRino

Super easy to set-up and use. I have the left hand version and use it for 5" turkey feathers, works fantastic and the dial for 120deg offset is super easy as well. I have had three different inexpensive fletchers and finally spent the money and so happy I did. Love it!

This is the best fletching jig I have used. It will last for a very long time. I highly recommend!

Tried and true

As long as you are not in a hurry, or do not try to fletch with extreme helical, this jig is perfect. Once it is set up correctly, your fletchings should be perfect. This jig is unchanged since the '60's so that tells you something.

Yes I would purchase this item again

Well so far I've only reflecthed one arrow ,so with more practice I'll perfect it, but the feathers are still holding good after many many shots.

Amazing jig!

I'm a competitive archer but this is the first time I tried fletching myself. This jig is amazingly simple, repeatable and accurate for any level.

I'd try a different type.

Admittedly, I've an older model so perhaps newer models have addressed some of the issues described. Magnet is overkill and make placement adjustment difficult. Post-clamp placement is always required. Post-clamp removal adjustment of the feather is always required. For the cost and quality construction, it always leaves me thinking there has to be a better way.

Great fletcher

Once I figured out to adjust the nock to the foreward most part of the helical feather. Then I was able to dial it to the correct spot on the shaft to match exactly where the damaged feather came off.

Great tool
