This crester works perfectly!
I have used arrow cresters in the past and the SpinRite Crester is far superior to any of them. It is smooth and easy to operate, making all your efforts look professional. I highly recommend this product for use by beginners and professionals alike!
Works fine
It works fine and there's a ton of adjustments you can make to it, the only catch being that it will take a bit of tinkering to get it working how you want it. The manual has a guide on getting it to work with slightly bent arrows, which seems to be what most of the adjustments are for, but instead I usually just, you know, straighten the arrow. I did initially have some problems… read more with the right side of the shaft always falling off the wheels, but I eventually figured out that the problem wasn't a lack of support from those wheels, but from too much unsupported downward pressure on the shaft from the drive wheel on the left side. I moved the left-side wheels all the way to the end and moved the spring towards the right and haven't had it happen since. The tape-measure looking thing on the front also isn't particularly useful since it sits pretty far from the shaft and if you have it raised up all the way the drive wheel will sit on it when there's no arrow on it. Other than those few quirks, highly recommended.
Great product
I've started dressing up my own arrows, and building arrows for friends.
Having fun
Once the set up was Done to keep the arrows in place I diddnt need to rich it again
Awesome crester. Spend the extra 20 bucks and get the best!
I first bought the Bohning crester but ended up returning it because it simply did not perform worth a darn. I could not get a single cedar arrow to spin on the Bohning cresting machine. I then purchased the SpinRite crester and have been very happy with it. It's construction is far superior to the Bohning and I've worked on some very crooked arrows on the SpinRite and have had… read more no problems. Learn from my mistake: save yourself the aggravation and buy the better machine the first time.
SpinRite Crester
I have been building my own arrows for over 30 years. I made my own cresting lathe a long time ago, and now wish I had just purchased this tool back then. Night and day quality differences.
Works great
Great product, best cresting I've done in years.
Quite a little gadget
The crester came with instructions that seemed a little vague, telling about all the adjustments and how you should play around with them to get best results. However, once you do start adjusting, it becomes fairly obvious how it needs to be set up. Take time to straighten your arrows before cresting - it will pay off. Don't rely on crester to compensate for bent shaft. Keep grease… read more off the drive wheel and arrow, otherwies it can slip. I used a little alcohol. Experiment a little with different brushes and coating techniques. Make sure paint is mixed well for best coverage. I did a dozen arrows using red, black, yellow, and silver. They turned out great!
Great Product!
This cresting machine is fantastic. I shoot wood arrows and the can be difficult to crest due to imperfections. The stabilizer wheels can be moved to focus on one area to eliminate shaft wobble. Love it!!!
Awesome crester and great company
At first I had some issues with the tension but these things are hand made it's bound to happen. I contacted the company and I can't say enough at how pleased I am. I sent it to him he made adjustments sent it back to me all within 1 week and it works better than ever. Talk about great service. The guy who took care of the issues was very helpful. These things are custom made and… read more you have to expect a flaw. But he fixed the problems and it works so well. I highly recommend this product and company. Great job. And thanks again to 3 rivers archery. Customer for life for sure.

Correct
Yes, I have been traveling to Europe for long periods of time for the last 17 years. You need not purchase the more expensive international model. A simple plug in adapter costing $7:00 can be used and then used for all other US devices as well. Sent from my iPhone
3R asked me to reply to this, but the comment does not seem like a question. However, I will say that I am happy with my spinrite crester. It does take some fiddling with the position of all the arms and O-rings, depending on where you are on the shaft, shaft diameter etc. And of course the straighter the shaft the better. But its a nice unit and building one from scratch that works as well would take enough time that the cost is well worth it.
Yes, they SpinRite Crester will work with carbon and aluminum arrows along with wood arrows.
As far as I know, it will not work. It may be possible with some type of conversion plug, but I do not know for sure.
When we came to Australia a few years ago we bought a small conversion wall plug which allowed all of our standard electrical items to work. On AU power. I'm sure the reverse plug in is available as well Dave Alaska Sent from my iPhone
Yes, the Spinrite crester is made in the USA.
I would think that one will need to be used, but I do not know which one.
The crester power supply is based on 120V 60hz. The manufatcurer does have a 110-240v 50/60hz power suppply available.
I am sorry, but we do not have an European power supply adapter available.

We unfortunately we do sell the cords separately but i would recommend checking with your local hardware store.
Contact me I can get you a replacement. That applies to any and all parts questions.
Should be a standard AC adapter cord. Any electronics store should have.
We have used shafts up to 23/64" without issue.
Hi, I've used my Spinrite Crester on 5/16 and 11/32. According to their website (www.spinritecrester.com) 5/16 up to the 25(whatever that means) or larger can be used. I can use it with 3/8 and the way it is set up - you could probably go 1/2" or more. Hope that helps. Check out their website and video. I like mine a lot.. See attached pics. Best of luck.Dwight
This crester can handle any size diameter shafts. The top arm is hinged and uses springs to hold the top rollers down onto the shaft that is sitting on the bottom rollers.
This will not work with arrows already fletched if yo are trying to crest the nock end of the arrow.
Hi, Yes, you'll be fine. I can do a 5 inch feathers. The arm will extend to about 8 inches. So there should be plenty of room. Dwight
