This was a second set of jigs for me to test RW fletching for long bow arrow production. Product assembly quality was poor. The metal plates that attach the vane harness to the jig base via the magnet all fell out during the first few fletchings. All had to be re-glued delaying use by a full day for drying time. The vane harness's do not securely hold the vanes in place evenly across… read more the vane base allowing gaps in contact with the arrow shaft. You get what you pay for, I will invest in better quality Blintzenberg jigs in the future.
